Job summary

Suncadia Resort is looking for a dedicated cleaner to join our team. You will clean public areas and guest corridors, respond to guest requests, and ensure spaces meet resort standards. You will work with colleagues who value safety, hospitality, and consistent quality.

Salary is $20/hr with full-time benefits; 401(k) and team member perks are included. This is a full-time on-site role at our Cascades resort, offering growth and a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Availble to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• High attention-to-detail.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout entire work day.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas and ensure they meet resort standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Keep public areas in pristine condition at all times.
• Safely store and secure department assets and supplies.
• Follow management schedule changes as directed.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Represent Suncadia to guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Perform duties safely, productively and consistently.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas and make certain they are in accordance with the level of quality for the Resort
• Perform guest requests in a timely manner
• Ensure that all public areas are up to Resort standards at all times
• Ensure assets and supplies for the department are secure and in storage at all times
• Follow all schedule changes by management
• Attend meetings as required
• Maintain an attitude of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Suncadia to the public
• Perform duties in a safe, productive and consistent manner
• Comply with Suncadia policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
