Job summary

Suncadia is seeking room attendants & house attendants for the upcoming holiday season and spring/summer prep. The role offers a $20.00/hour seasonal wage with shifts that vary by business needs.

Start in November 2026 and end by March 2027, with benefits such as discounts, 401K eligibility after 90 days, and paid sick time. Responsibilities include cleaning lodge and inn units, maintaining cart cleanliness, and adhering to safety and quality standards across multiple areas including condos

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• US citizenship or valid work permit required.
• High attention to detail with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working all scheduled shifts.
• Ensure the safe keeping of guest personal property while in lodging units.
• Clean lodge/inn units: beds, baths, kitchens, floors, carpets, fireplaces, vacuuming, dusting, windows and trash areas.
• Maintain standard of quality and cleanliness in all assigned lodge units.
• Keep housekeeping cart tidy and stocked for next day use.
• Follow Suncadia policies, procedures and safety rules.
• General cleaning tasks in condos, fitness centers, public spaces, spa and other homes.

Salary: $20.00/hour

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

• Season Start: November 2026

• Season End: March 2027

Hours will fluctuate as business needs rise and fall throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working all scheduled shifts;
• Ensure the safe keeping of Guest’s Personal Property while working within their lodging unit by showing Integrity and Honesty at all times;
• Cleaning of Lodge and Inn Units to include: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, scrubbing floors, spotting carpets, cleaning fireplaces, vacuuming all living areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, spot cleaning windows and checking outside trash areas;
• Maintain Suncadia Resort standard of quality and cleanliness in all lodge units assigned each day;
• Maintain a housekeeping cart and return it daily to the housekeeping closet. The cart must be left in a “tidy and stocked state” to be used immediately the following day;
• Understand and abide by all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations;
• General cleaning tasks may be assigned in areas including: Condos, Health and Fitness Centers, Recreational facilities, Public Spaces, Spa and freestanding homes throughout Suncadia Resort.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping preferred
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
• High attention-to-detail with proven ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
