Job summary

Suncadia Resort is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to clean all assigned public areas and guest corridors, ensuring spaces meet resort standards and guest expectations. You’ll respond to guest requests promptly and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment for travelers and residents alike.

Full-time role with benefits includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401K with company match. Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• High attention-to-detail.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the work day.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas and ensure they meet resort standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas and make certain they are in accordance with the level of quality for the Resort
• Perform guest requests in a timely manner
• Ensure that all public areas are up to Resort standards at all times
• Ensure assets and supplies for the department are secure and in storage at all times
• Follow all schedule changes by management
• Attend meetings as required
• Maintain an attitude of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Suncadia to the public
• Perform duties in a safe, productive and consistent manner
• Comply with Suncadia policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
