Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of customer service experience required; associate degree may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, information, and intervention to DHS clients and the public.
• Answer questions, respond to complaints, refer clients to services and assist with appointments.
• Issue EBT cards and resolve EBT account problems as needed.
• Provide housing, rent rebate information, and other community referrals.
• Receive payments and issue receipts; manage overpayments per Finance.
