• Assist cooks in preparing meals; prepare and deliver meals to care homes and patients; wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, food containers, pots and pans; sweep and mop dining room, outside porch, reefers, chill rooms, storerooms; clean tables, trays, counters, sinks; empty trash and take out trash; replenish condiments on tables; load prepared food onto truck for delivery; and perform other related duties as assigned.
