Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with three years related experience; substitutions allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• Preferred federal or state post-award grant management experience and familiarity with major grant tools.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple large projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Trains consultants on grant management policies and procedures to sustain performance.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work activities to meet program goals and standards.
• Analyzes records and reports to assess progress and resolve issues.
• Communicates policies to provide operational guidelines for projects.
• Manages oversight of federal and state grant programs and materials.
• Reviews expenditure and performance docs, approves payments, resolves issues.
• Attends technical assistance sessions, site visits, events and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned within the classification.
