Job summary

KeyBank in Albany, NY is seeking a Lead Client Manager within the Treasury Management Corporate Bank Sales team. You will serve as the first point of contact for client service needs, helping to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with treasury management needs.

You will lead campaigns, manage KYC/compliance, and coordinate servicing across portfolios while building strong client relationships and guiding team efforts toward growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of banking or cash management experience.
• Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
