Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on title review and CBP land acquisitions.
• Draft and revise deeds, sale agreements, assignments and relevant instruments.
• Support litigation activities, eDiscovery, and motion drafting.
• Research laws across CBP portfolios including budget considerations.
• Deliver legal training to CBP managers and staff on title and land issues.
