Provide legal guidance on title review for CBP-funded land acquisitions and conveyancing issues.
Draft and revise land conveyancing instruments to meet DOJ Title Regulations and agency goals.
Support DOJ as agency counsel in civil actions and assist with discovery, pleadings, and mediation.
