Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking experienced Project Leaders or Principals to join our offices in Chicago, Detroit, and Minneapolis. You will lead client engagements, supervise research, and deliver strategic recommendations that advance government and private-sector client goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of consulting with leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of building senior client relationships. Travel to client sites is expected as projects dictate.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise aligned with BCG’s Public Sector and Tech & Digital Advantage practices.
Excellent ability to bridge end-user requirements with strategic objectives.
2–3+ years consulting experience, with 1+ years at a team lead level.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to build models and long-term strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong people leadership and feedback skills.
Proven ability to grow senior client relationships.
Experience managing engagements and delivering hands-on delivery.
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
