Qualifications
- Automotive industry expertise including OEMs and suppliers.
- Experience in large-scale transformations or digital/AI initiatives.
- 2–3+ years consulting with 1+ year in team leadership.
- Strong executive collaboration and presentation skills.
- Analytical, strategic thinking with stakeholder management.
- Proven client relationship management.
- Hands-on delivery and leadership experience.
- Top-tier institution preferred; engineering degree nice to have.
