OpenGov, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Solutions Architect – Strategic Projects to join our strategic delivery team. The role emphasizes hands‑on QA, validation frameworks, and solution design for complex government software implementations in the PS portfolio.

You will lead QA and UAT activities, partner with senior architects, and contribute to standards and best practices. Strong communication with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in enterprise software implementation, software QA, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting.
• Experience executing QA and validation delivery on complex, multi‑workstream programs with phased go‑lives.
• Track record applying repeatable QA frameworks and testing methodologies across engagements.
• Experience with state and local government technology programs; willingness to learn public sector dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end test plans for complex, multi‑product implementations and surface quality gaps.
• Lead UAT planning and execution; define acceptance criteria with clients and product teams.
• Translate multi‑stakeholder requirements into configurations and solution designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Change Management to align on readiness.
• Document QA findings and remediation recommendations for leadership.
