Job description

We are seeking a Public Sector Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Ideal candidates will have success in selling complex integration software solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation, empower clients, and shape the future of digital transformation. The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of API Management, Managed File Transfer, and PKI solutions.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to Federal agencies and SLED organizations, including understanding procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies to close deals successfully.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Teams, Outlook, and Office 365.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients.
  • Meet sales and performance KPIs, including quotas and satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate across teams to understand and present Axway's offerings effectively.
  • Work with government and partner organizations to drive sales cycles.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Federal/SLED software sales experience.
  • Understanding of API management, file transfer, PKI solutions.
  • Experience selling middleware and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for large solution sales.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Preferred experience with competitors like Mulesoft, IBM, Tibco, Boomi.
