Qualifications

• Thorough communication skills; able to present and defend viewpoints to diverse audiences
• Experience guiding and growing consulting practices in public sector environments
• Ability to rationalize and deploy emerging technologies to drive business value
• Background in architecture, design, data, integration, and security for Salesforce solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies for business value
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and prescriptively to teams
• Identify and manage risk areas and drive issues to resolution
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with clients and partners
• Review project direction and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
• Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform
• Support federal customers and public sector engagements with excellence
