You will represent the People of the State of New York in criminal proceedings and handle prosecutorial responsibilities, including case preparation, courtroom advocacy, and legal research.

The position requires strong oral advocacy, sound judgment, and a commitment to public service, with participation in an on-call rotation including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a license to practice law in New York or have formal approval to practice law in New York State pursuant to Rules of the Court of Appeals, Part 520.9(e)(3) (approval valid for 18 months only).
• A valid New York license must be maintained throughout employment.
