Job summary

NVIDIA Public Sector in Northern Virginia is seeking a dynamic Program Support professional to drive alignment across Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Security to enable efficient operations for the Public Sector organization.

You will coordinate priorities, prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and status reports for leadership, while ensuring compliant timekeeping and collaboration across GovCon teams.

Qualifications

• This position requires a security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 8+ years experience, including 4+ years in GovCon environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to support governance processes by preparing briefing materials, status reports, and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Solid communication skills ensure clarity of direction and execution across teams.
• Ability to organize and document key meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Support adherence to required timekeeping compliance and working with financial audit team.

NVIDIA Public Sector seeks dynamic Program Support to help drive alignment across teams, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across core business units (Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Security) to enable the Public Sector organization. The successful candidate will possess the ability to represent NVIDIA to US government officials and entities. The role is located in Northern VA. • General understanding of protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) using an enclave that adheres to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 4, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
