• Organize and document key meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability.
• Support adherence to timekeeping compliance and work with audit teams.

NVIDIA Public Sector seeks dynamic Program Support to help drive alignment across teams, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across core business units (Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Security) to enable the Public Sector organization. The successful candidate will possess the ability to represent NVIDIA to US government officials and entities. The role is located in Northern VA. What You'll Be Doing

• Provide direct program support to Public Sector leadership by coordinating priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Strong focus on process improvement, ensuring that workflows are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinating cross-functional tasking and maintaining clear priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Improving business operations through supporting structured planning, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of processes.

What We Need To See

• This position requires a security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 8+ years experience, including 4+ years in GovCon environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to support governance processes by preparing briefing materials, status reports, and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Solid communication skills ensure clarity of direction and execution across teams.

• Support adherence to required timekeeping compliance and working with financial audit team.

• General understanding of GovCon timekeeping systems and compliance.
• General understanding of protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) using an enclave that adheres to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 4, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
