Job summary

The City of Cleveland seeks a Project Coordinator for the Police Accountability Team to support Consent Decree compliance and reform efforts. You will review policies, analyze data, and manage project milestones while coordinating with CDP, public safety, and legal departments in a dynamic city environment.

Under PAT leadership, you will help plan, implement, and evaluate programs, ensuring timely deliverables, budget adherence, and clear communication with municipal officials and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, policy, criminal justice, business, or related field required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist PAT with Consent Decree compliance by reviewing policies and training.
• Interface with CDP, DPS, City Law, and stakeholders; prepare status reports.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and manage budgets and documents.
