Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Public Sector and Non-Profit sectors. Based in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, you will place skilled professionals into government bodies, NGOs and community-focused organizations.

You will source qualified candidates with experience in public administration, social work and policy development, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and ensure ethical recruitment practices across the region. Hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in public sector or non-profit environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of recruitment ethics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for public sector and NFP roles from client briefing to candidate placement.
• Source and attract candidates with experience in public administration, social work, policy development, and NFP management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in public sector and NFP organizations.
• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure alignment with client missions and values.
• Uphold ethical recruitment practices and regulatory compliance.
• Share market insights with the team to improve recruitment in these sectors.
