• Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of City network infrastructure (data centers, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless).
• Lead network projects, upgrades, expansions, migrations within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
