Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing medium to large scale IT projects with multiple deliverables.
• Experience with web or client/server projects and PM tools.
• Act as the primary contact for Issuing Entity for status, meetings, and reporting.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and team management.
• Experience in Government (Federal, State, City) social services IT environments.
• Document business requirements and develop logical data models.
• Create lead cases, execute tests, and record results for web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project management methodology.
• Lead planning and implementation of projects; evaluate operations for compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans.
• Provide project quality assurance and identify process improvements.
• Develop QA metrics to measure outputs.
• Implement and manage project changes and assess results.
• Provide evaluations and management reporting.
• Facilitate learning sessions with operations teams to improve case processing.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Present reports on progress, problems and solutions.
• Publish project meeting agendas and minutes.
