Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with course work in human resources management, business administration, public administration, labor relations, or a related field.
• Three years of responsible experience in performing technical human resources assignments.
• California Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, verifies, and recommends personnel actions for academic, management, and classified staff.
• Audits salary placement, verifies minimum qualifications, and updates HR records.
• Maintains and audits HR information systems and prepares reports for district governance.
