Job summary

Taidou LLC is a private management consulting firm with a Government & Public Services practice delivering for local, state and federal agencies and the organizations that serve them.

You will lead Taidou GPS, owning the practice's strategy, relationships and results — originating work with agencies and prime contractors, leading capture and proposals, and ensuring delivery meets oversight and public-record requirements.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in public-sector consulting, government leadership or government contracting.
• A strong network among agency leaders and primes, and a record of winning work.
• Deep understanding of public procurement, contracting and oversight.
• Eligible to work in the United States; some roles may require the ability to obtain a public-trust or security clearance.
• Experience with federal, state or local procurement, grants or oversight requirements.
• Knowledge of public-sector frameworks such as PMBOK, FedRAMP, NIST or GAO guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set GPS strategy: target agencies, levels of government, service offerings and contract pathways.
• Own senior relationships with agency leaders and prime contractors, and originate significant work.
• Lead capture, teaming and proposal strategy for major pursuits.
• Oversee delivery quality, compliance and reporting on every GPS engagement.
• Build and lead the GPS team — principals, directors, managers and consultants.
• Represent Taidou in the public-sector community.
