Qualifications
- Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school or completed WSBA Law Clerk Program.
- Licensed to practice law in Washington state.
- Preferred: minimum three years of trial experience in criminal law.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; commitment to public service.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and prosecute financial crimes in collaboration with AGO investigators and partner agencies.
- Prosecute a full range of criminal cases with emphasis on financial crimes.
- Travel statewide for hearings, investigations and trial preparation as needed.
- Mentor and contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment.
