The role requires substantial litigation experience and collaboration with state and federal partners.

Qualifications

• At least three years of trial experience and trial practice in criminal law.
• Exceptional legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to work independently in a variety of settings.
• Commitment to public service and justice for victims of crime.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prosecute a wide variety of financial crime cases, including wage theft, identity theft, fraud and elder fraud.
• Work closely with senior AGO investigators and state, local and federal law enforcement partners.
• Prosecute a full range of crimes beyond financial crimes.
• Be prepared to travel around the state for hearings, investigations and trial preparation.
