Job summary

Ohio Department of Public Safety - Ohio State Highway Patrol seeks a Financial Analyst to review, audit and code daily accounting transactions for entry into OAKS and post transactions or deposits. You will provide fiscal guidance to OSHP sections and district staff and conduct reconciliation of records.

You will monitor revenue, prepare deposits and process ISTVs, with a requirement of 30+ months in accounting/finance or 6 months plus a relevant program and spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

• 30 months experience in accounting and/or finance.
• 6 months experience or training in accounting/finance.
• 12 months experience as Financial Associate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit and code daily accounting transactions for entry into OAKS.
• Post transactions or payments.
• Provide guidance to OSHP sections and district staff on fiscal matters.
