Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or public administration required or MBA/MPA desirable but not required.
• Five plus years of progressive related consulting experience, including project management of similarly sized projects.
• Knowledge of public sector operations, (state/local government, public utility, K-12) beneficial.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead public sector advisory projects including capital planning, municipal bonds, and reporting.
• Manage multiple projects with a focus on client service and quality.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to staff and teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate findings effectively in meetings and written reports.
• Support business development and internal training initiatives.
