Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or public administration.
• Five+ years of progressive related consulting experience.
• Project management experience on similarly sized projects.
• Knowledge of public sector operations, including state/local government, public utilities, and K-12 schools.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and prepare financial reports, research, and analysis.
• Manage client meetings and present information to groups and clients.
• Mentor and coach staff; participate in firm-wide learning programs.
• Develop relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Document processes, controls, and workflows to identify improvements.
• Travel within the state for on-site engagements and meetings.
