Socure Inc. is seeking a highly organized Field Marketing Intern to support the Public Sector team with event logistics and meeting scheduling.

The role sits at the intersection of field marketing and public sector sales, helping run high-impact programs while building understanding of B2B marketing in the public sector. You will own a special project that demonstrates measurable business impact and present findings to stakeholders at internship close.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in B2B marketing, events, or pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for public sector events, conferences, roundtables, executive dinners, and hosted programs.
• Schedule and manage meetings between the Public Sector sales team and prospects, customers, and partners.
• Build calendars, trackers, and timelines to keep the team organized and on schedule.
• Track meeting status, attendee confirmations, and follow-up actions before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate with sellers, MDRs, and account executives on priorities and logistics needs.
• Capture outcomes and follow-up in Salesforce or equivalent tools.
• Support pre-event and post-event outreach with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with post-event reporting and basic pipeline contribution data.
• Contribute to ongoing field marketing initiatives as needs evolve.
• Develop and deliver a final executive-level presentation on project findings and recommendations.
