Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks an Engagement Delivery Leader to guide enterprise programs from initiation to value realization. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time and budget while aligning with Salesforce methodologies.

In this role, you will drive requirements, plan and govern engagements, and mentor junior staff. Travel regionally and occasionally internationally may be required to support US Federal and other clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management for external clients
• 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements preferred
• 5+ years supporting Public Sector in Professional Services preferred
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce project plans
• Proven ability to run project teams up to 75+ people, budget and schedule
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team and provide clear direction and motivation
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage governance and gates
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, adjust timelines, ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee resources and timesheets in line with budgets and allocations
• Lead multiple projects within a program, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Facilitate requirements gathering and craft project deliverables and Salesforce docs
