Job summary

IPERS seeks a Digital Content Creator to join the Strategy Division and develop resources educating IPERS’ 450,000 members about retirement options. The role focuses on digital content, storytelling, and strategizing modern assets to elevate communications.

The ideal candidate excels in video, writing, and design, and will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to ensure alignment with public-sector goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in journalism, PR, graphic design or communications.
• Experience planning and developing content for various channels.
• Knowledge of digital assets and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic resources to educate IPERS’ 450,000 members about retirement plan.
• Create and implement a content strategy across digital assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and a small team.
• Support IPERS’ communications tactics with modern digital tools.
