Job summary

Scale is seeking seasoned DevOps Engineers focused on CI/CD for its public sector and ML-infused SDLC. You will craft and optimize automated pipelines, integrate ML components, and tighten security across deployments.

The role demands active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly readiness and a track record of scaling CI/CD pipelines in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine code, deploy robust pipelines, and document configurations, while advancing

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to up level to CI Poly is required.
• Proven track record building or significantly enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience configuring/adapting application code to integrate with evolving CI/CD environments.
• Fluent with containerization/deployment technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of software architecture, system design, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment of lowside and highside products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance code for automated pipelines.
• Contribute to deployment system architecture and design for efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues to minimize disruption.
• Develop understanding of product and ML architectures for integration and deployment.
• Document pipeline processes and configurations for maintainability.
• Incorporate security best practices into all stages of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Drive standardization and foster collaboration across product teams.
