Job summary

Cohesity Inc. is seeking a SLED/Public Healthcare Account Executive to drive account growth and net-new logo acquisition in the Illinois region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in cybersecurity and familiarity with public sector contracting.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, supporting customer engagements, and collaborating with channel partners. A Bachelor's degree related to business or equivalent experience is required, along with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions, ideally within infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent markets.
• Experience collaborating with public sector resellers and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline.
• Support and lead customer engagements through discovery and proposal development.

Skills

Experience selling into SLED/Public Sector accounts

Understanding of enterprise security frameworks

Strong communication skills

Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity

Customer-focused mindset

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Tools
