Responsibilities

  • Handle legal issues across DCA programs and provide legal advice on federal and state laws
  • Review program policies for regulatory compliance
  • Respond to Georgia Open Records Requests
  • Develop and maintain internal contracts and procurement processes
  • Support agency Board resolution processes
  • Liaise with the Attorney General’s office on litigation matters
