• Superior analytical skills and ability to interpret federal and state laws
• Juris Doctor from an accredited institution and Georgia state bar eligibility or license
• Minimum of three years of legal experience and ability to work under broad supervision

Responsibilities

• Handle legal issues across DCA programs and provide legal advice on applicable laws and regulations
• Review program policies for regulatory compliance and respond to Open Record Requests
• Develop, maintain, and review internal contracts and procurement processes
• Support agency Board resolution processes and liaise with the Attorney General’s office on litigation
