Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business/Public Administration, Finance, or related field with 2+ years in cost analysis or government contracting.
• Unrelated Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years cost analysis or government contracting.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years cost analysis or government contracting.
• High school graduation with 6+ years cost analysis or government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance risks.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and audit findings.
• Monitor procurement codes and policies, and applicable regulations.
• Recommend policies to mitigate risks.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports for Administration.
• Monitor budgets to identify risk and strengthen internal controls.
• Suggest strategies to reduce expenditures and improve compliance efficiency.
• Review construction contracts, change orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate administrative functions and present project status.
• Perform related work as required.
