Job summary

Procon is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the successful delivery of large, complex public-sector construction projects. This role provides comprehensive oversight from planning through closeout, with projects typically valued at $20 million or more.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and at least 8 years of progressive PM experience on large public-sector work, including complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive construction PM experience on large public-sector projects.
• Experience with projects exceeding $20 million in value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout of major projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall performance to meet objectives.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and agencies.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, schedules, and cash flow.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specs, docs, and submittals for constructability and compliance.
• Ensure activities comply with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Administer contracts and assist with change orders and RFIs.
• Facilitate coordination among teams and agencies to resolve issues.
