Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a trusted partner to clients and project teams through the lifecycle of construction and capital improvement projects.

You will lead projects from planning through occupancy, procureArchitects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, and coordinate teams to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality. A strong emphasis on relationships with district leaders and government stakeholders is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, owner's representation, or project management.
• Experience managing building design and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading projects from planning and procurement through construction and occupancy.
• Procuring and managing architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants.
• Coordinating project teams to ensure alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Building strong relationships with school district leaders, government stakeholders, and client teams.
• Facilitating decision‑making and helping clients navigate complex project challenges.
• Monitoring project budgets, schedules, risk factors, and key performance indicators.
• Identifying and resolving project issues before they impact outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with PMR and Plante Moran policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Providing clear communication and project updates to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
