Rescale is seeking a Customer Success Engineer, Public Sector in the United States. You will guide technical engagements, acting as the trusted advisor for named Public Sector customers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a premier cloud HPC experience.

You will lead deployments, training, and support, analyze customer needs, onboard workflows, and help migrate workloads from on-prem to the cloud. Strong presentation skills and HPC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software/hardware/cloud experience in a customer-facing role.
• Defense or public sector experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical relationship with Public Sector customers as a trusted advisor.
• Lead deployment, training, and support activities for cloud HPC solutions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to plan and execute deployments.
• Analyze customer workflows, infrastructure, and requirements to tailor Rescale solutions.
• Onboard new customer workflows and drive expansion of Rescale footprint.
• Present Rescale capabilities at conferences, user groups, and webinars.
• Provide feedback to Product Management to improve ScaleX for cloud productivity.
