Job summary

You will collaborate with Business Development Relationship Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities, manage cash flow strategies, and strengthen client relationships while supporting the progression

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; internships or up to 2 years of experience in financial services preferred.
FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, 63 and 50, and other licenses as required.
Strong understanding of fixed-income products and public sector investment practices.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships with exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Maintain regular contact with assigned relationships and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
Collaborate with trading, compliance, operations, and business development teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
Prepare materials for client meetings, governing board presentations, and internal reviews.
Support client onboarding and expansion opportunities as directed by Relationship Managers.
