Job summary

PTMA Financial Solutions is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive sales and marketing of PMA investment products for Pennsylvania local government clients. You will expand the client base, collaborate with Institutional Investment Specialists to tailor portfolios, and oversee cash flow processes and bond proceeds management.

The role requires strategic sales leadership, strong relationship management, and the ability to present to Boards and Finance Committees across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with five+ years of experience in investment management
• Licenses: Series 7, 63, and 50 or willingness to obtain
• Experience in municipal finance or government investment environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and secure new accounts in Pennsylvania
• Achieve targeted growth of 20% in the fund’s total balance
• Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Oversee cash flow analysis and bond proceeds management support
• Present PTMA products to Boards and Finance Committees across PA and attend client meetings
