Qualifications

  • Legal Authorization to Work: US citizens, nationals, permanent resident aliens or eligible for unrestricted employment in the US.
  • Basic Education: a bachelor's degree with at least twelve (12) semester credit hours in accounting and/or auditing subjects.
  • Specialized Experience: Level I - none; Level II - one (1) year of progressively responsible professional auditing experience.
  • Driver's License: Some positions require a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
  • Substitutions Allowed: Substitutions described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

  • Professional auditing work examining accounts to render an opinion on the financial position and operations of the entities examined.
  • Level I position receives training as a trainee in auditing activities and performs other duties as required.
  • Level II position is an advanced trainee performing a range of assignments from simple to moderately difficult.
  • Applicants will be placed on the eligible list for ALL levels for which they are qualified.
