JMT Technology Group is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support asset management solutions for government and infrastructure clients. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative self-starter with experience managing complex asset programs and engaging stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

You will analyze asset data using Excel, support EAM and CMMS initiatives, and communicate clearly with clients, project teams, and senior leaders across multiple infrastructure sectors.

Qualificações

• Experience managing asset management plans and lifecycle strategies.
• Experience engaging stakeholders through sessions and interviews.
• Ability to analyze asset data and support technology-enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication with clients, project teams, and senior leaders.
• Experience across infrastructure sectors including water, transportation, and facilities.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle practices for transit and utilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support asset management plans, programs, and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead client engagement activities and requirements gathering.
• Provide program, project, and task management across teams.
• Document and manage business requirements and configuration specs.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends and risks.
• Support data governance and asset inventory management.
• Advise clients on best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives across horizontal and vertical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers, data engineers, developers, and client teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and client-facing materials.
