JMT Technology Group seeks an Asset Management Specialist to support asset management solutions for government and infrastructure clients. The role focuses on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights using Excel and CMMS/EAM tools.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of asset management experience, leads projects, and communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and senior leaders in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 4+ years asset management experience and 4+ years leading projects for public or private sector clients.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and communicating with clients, project teams, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management plans, lifecycle strategies across infrastructure sectors.
• Lead and support client engagement activities, including discovery sessions and workshops.
• Provide program, project, and task management support for asset management initiatives.
• Document, validate, and manage business requirements, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Analyze asset data using Excel to identify trends, risks, and insights for decisions.
• Support data governance, asset hierarchy development, inventory, maintenance, and dashboards.
• Advise clients on asset management best practices and lifecycle principles.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions meeting business and technical objectives.
• Prepare technical documentation and client-facing materials.
