Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible architecture experience.
• New Jersey Registered Architect license preferred or ability to obtain it.
• Driver's license valid in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual sketches and advance them into working drawings.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Review construction progress for compliance with plans and schedules.
