Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of full-time general bookkeeping experience required; government accounting preferred.
• No substitution for required education.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions for accounts payable.
• Balance and reconcile accounts and verify postings for accuracy.
• Assist payroll and related reports; review timecards for corrections.
• Respond to routine accounting and payroll questions and ensure timely communications.
• Maintain organized records and respond to inquiries with accuracy.
