Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or Consultant.
• Experience translating complex needs into structured deliverables.
• Client-facing experience in requirements sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in requirements sessions and discovery discussions.
• Translate policy and workflows into structured requirements for AI solutions.
• Analyze evaluation results using basic statistics to identify performance gaps.
• Iterate on prompts and instructions to improve system behavior and explainability.
