Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a product leader to own the strategy and execution for its public sector AI evaluation, guardrails, and governance platform. You will engage with mission users, evaluators, and executives to translate complex customer needs into measurable product requirements.

You will partner with engineering, research, design, delivery, and GTM teams to ship capabilities that reduce risk and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI and LLM systems is highly preferred.
• Experience building or scaling technical products for enterprise or government customers.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Become deeply fluent in Dynamo's evaluation, guardrail, and governance platform.
• Build relationships with public sector customers and stakeholders to understand needs and success criteria.
• Translate customer signals into product strategy, PRDs, and measurable requirements.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, and iteration for public sector AI evaluation, runtime controls, and governance.
