Job summary

Dynamo is seeking a Public Sector AI Product Manager to shape our platform for government and national security environments. You will work with government stakeholders, mission users, and engineering teams to translate insights into measurable product directions.

This hands-on, customer-facing role requires defining requirements, guiding roadmaps, supporting pilots, and analyzing model behavior to deliver mission value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, AI product strategy, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI and LLM systems, evaluation design, and guardrails.
• Experience building or scaling technical products for enterprise or government.
• Strong fluency across AI/ML systems, cloud, cybersecurity, and data infra.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, metrics, and narratives.
• Strong analytical, writing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• U.S. Citizenship required; active U.S. security clearance preferred, with eligibility and willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Become fluent in DynamoEval, DynamoGuard, AgentWarden, and related capabilities.
• Build relationships with public sector customers and mission users.
• Translate customer signals into product strategy, PRDs, and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, and iteration for public sector use cases.
• Partner with engineering, research, and GTM teams to ship capabilities.
• Analyze AI system behavior and guardrail decisions for direction.
• Create customer-facing narratives, demos, and executive-ready materials.
• Track measurable outcomes like risk reduction and deployment acceleration.
