Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops a comprehensive accounting program integrating GAAP and governmental standards.
• Analyzes financial statistics to identify trends impacting the agency’s fiscal position.
• Provides leadership to subordinate managers and staff.
• Reviews and analyzes general ledger accounts for fiscal integrity and compliance.
• Prepares financial reports in standard and specialized formats.
• Monitors day-to-day activities of the accounting department.
• Develops and maintains effective internal control structures.
